Catering Policy

Our menu is packed with classic Panamanian dishes created from scratch using seasonal, local, and international ingredients. Bold flavors abound. From delicious appetizers, to inspired entrees, to decadent desserts, your meal will be one of a kind. We are also attentive to special dietary needs, such as gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, and/or allergy-related issues.

Our Order Policy

Pick-Up

Orders must be paid for before processing and pick-up. PayPal is our only method of payment online. If you do not have PayPal, then please contact us and provide us with your credit card information. Please include the date and time for pick-up.

Just Delivery

We offer delivery service for our A la Cart Catering menu. The delivery fee is $25.00 - up to 20 miles from the Restaurant. A service charge of $10.00 is also added for all deliveries. Deliveries beyond 20 miles are shipped via USPS overnight express only. Please refer to the "Shipping" section for additional information.

Delivery & Set-up

We offer delivery and set-up services for our A la Cart Catering menu as well - up to 20 miles from the Restaurant. The delivery fee is 20% of the food items total. We offer set-up services for the items delivered for an additional charge of $50.00. Delivery & Set-up services beyond 20 miles are only offered for Full Service Catering.

Food items may be delivered in disposable foil pans, bakery boxes, or plastic containers. Paper/plastic goods may be provided for an additional charge of $1.50 per person. Goods include plastic fork, knife, spoon, dinner plate, and napkin. Disposable serving utensils are available for an additional charge of $2.00 each. Disposable wire chafer warmer kits are also available for an additional charge of $10.00 each.

Shipping & Handling

We ship food items from our A la Cart Catering menu throughout the 50 United States. Non-perishable food items (e.g. Easter bun, Christmas fruit cake) may be shipped via USPS priority mail. However, perishable food items (e.g. carimanolas, tamales) are shipped via FedEx or USPS overnight only, and at the customer's expense. Full Service Catering Here At The Restaurant

You may rent the Restaurant for your private event. Catering services would include setup, serving of the contracted menu, and cleanup after the event. Bartenders are available for an additional fee. Please email to request a copy of the menu packages available, as well as the detailed "Private Event at Restaurant" contract. Or, if you prefer, you may email or call to schedule a consultation to discuss your event. A complimentary tasting, for up to 2 people, is included with the signed contract. Tasting for larger groups (3+) is available for an additional charge of $20.00 per person.

Full Service Catering At Your Location

Full service catering includes set up and break down of the contracted menu, service equipment, and cleanup of the service area. Service also includes chafing dishes with heating components, décor, serving vessels, and serving utensils. Servers and Bartenders are available for an additional fee. Please email or call to schedule a consultation to discuss your event and any questions or concerns you may have. A complimentary tasting, for up to 2 people, is included with the signed contract. Tasting for larger groups (3+) is available for an additional charge of $20.00 per person.

If the event is 2-6 months from the signing of the contract, then a deposit equaling 50 % of the total value of the contract is required upon signing the contract. The remaining 50% is required 30 days prior to the event. The deposit will be fully refundable if written cancellation is received at least 45 days prior to the event. Cancellations received less than 45 days will incur a 25% charge to cover our investment, cancellations received less than 30 days will incur a 50% charge to cover our investment.

For smaller events scheduled within a month of the event, 50 % of the total value of the contract is required upon signing the contract. The remaining 50% is required 10 days prior to the event. Cancellation received in writing 10 days prior to event will incur no penalty and the deposit will be fully reimbursed. Cancellations received less than 10 days will incur a 50% charge to cover our investment.

Place an Order

To place an order, click the "Place Your Order" button below. Orders will not be accepted by phone, or by hand written email or by text. Large catering orders (30+ people) must be placed at least 15 business days from the day needed. Small catering orders (less than 30 people) must be placed 5 business days from the day needed.

Payment method: Cash, Credit Card, PayPal, and Cashier bank check; no personal checks accepted.

Pricing shown on this website is only applicable to offsite catering and not to catered events at the restaurant. Pricing is also subject to change without notice.
