Ceviche de Pescado (Fish Ceviche)

Ceviche is a spicy dish that combines a raw “meaty” fish, such as corvina, snapper, seabass, or swai, cooked in lime juice. Ours is made with scotch bonnet peppers, red onion, and sweet bell pepper. Oh, and did we mention it’s spicy?
