Saril con Jengibre (Hibiscus Flower Sorrell with Ginger) – Gallon

This refreshing drink is known as “Jamaica” throughout Latin America and as “Sorrell” in the Caribbean. In Panama, we call it Saril (Spanish) or Sorrell (English). It is made with the dark red Roselle Hibiscus flowers that are boiled and steeped with pieces of ginger. The ginger is then juiced or pureed, added back to the tea, and sweetened. Sold by the Gallon.
