Place in a cold oven and turn oven to 250 degrees. Bake until warm (not hot) for 8-10 minutes for the 9” cake, and 10-15 minutes for the half-size sheet cake. When ready to serve, run a knife around the edge and then invert onto a large plate. Smack the top of the pan to loosen the cake and then lift the cake pan. Slice and enjoy!
